Attendance Fee

Attendees should register their attendance by making use of GOMA online registration form. 

The attendance fee includes all symposium proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner & entertainment.

Notes:

• Only speakers will be exempted from paying the attendance fee
• Please, note that poster presenters are not exempted from paying the attendance fee
• Hotel accommodation is not included in the attendance fee.

EARLY REGISTRATION

An early attendance fee is granted if you register before September 10th, 2026.

* the price does not include tax, additional 25% tax will be charged

Note:
– The Poster presenters are not exempted from paying the attendance fee.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of registration is free of charge until October 1st 2026. After this date the entire attendance fee must be paid.
